I am glad that the Legislative Assembly of Ontario is once again open and accessible to the public. MPPs can now invite friends to watch the debates in the House again and student Pages can also come to the Chamber to experience life at Queen’s Park.
Brianna Lovshin, a bright young grade 8 student from Bayview Glen Public School in the riding of the Don Valley North, was selected to participate in the Ontario Legislative Page Program for a 4-week period this year.
Outstanding students from across Ontario in grades 7 and 8 with an average score of 80+ are eligible to apply for this position. Approximately 150 students with leadership skills, excellent academic performance, a keen sense of responsibility, a caring attitude and a dedication to serving others, will be selected to participate in the Ontario Legislative Page Program.
