Starting today, the Ontario government is providing free Wi-Fi for passengers on all GO buses and approximately 50 per cent of GO trains as part of our commitment to improve public transit across the province.
- Beginning today, customers will be able to access GO Wi-Fi Plus free on all GO buses and approximately 50 per cent of GO trains. Full rollout on all GO trains is expected to be completed by early 2021.
- We know GO riders want to be able to stay connected when they travel and we believe it will help connect customers to the things that are important to them while onboard, making their commute more enjoyable.
- GO Wi-Fi Plus on GO buses and trains will give customers the option to work or check email, connect with family and friends, or keep entertained by connecting to the onboard portal which will offer TV shows, audiobooks, e-books, music, courses and podcasts.
- Our government is delivering on its promise to build a better transportation system to keep goods and people moving across the Greater Golden Horseshoe.
